The Measurement Mode is Offset Tilt
With continuous two measurements, each different reference (measurement center and range) is set and
judged.
The measurement switch between the ¿rst and second time is conducted with DIO zero set terminal +
command control (RS232C and Ethernet).
The measurement method is Single, and the measurement data are sent continuously with the Single
format.
At Offset Tilt measurement only, D1/D2/X-Y and judgment range label are displayed.

When commands are in continuously like DIO ĺ command (or command ĺ DIO), the latter command
becomes valid.
For example, when the ¿rst measurement command comes in from the command immediately after the
second judgment standard is set in DIO zero set starting, the judgment standard becomes the ¿rst time
measurement.
