• Remove the starter clutch cover 8.
• Remove the dowel pins and gasket.
• Remove the concaved washer 9, starter idle gear No.2 0
and shaft A.
STARTER CLUTCH
• Hold the starter clutch with the special tool.
09920-34830: Starter clutch holder
• Remove the starter clutch bolt and washer.
• Remove the starter clutch assembly and washer.
CAM CHAIN, CAM CHAIN TENSIONER AND CAM CHAIN
GUIDE
• Remove the cam chain tensioner 1, washer 2 and cam
chain guide 3.
• Remove the cam chain 4 and cam chain drive sprocket 5.
CKP SENSOR
• Remove the CKP sensor 1.
