4. Remove the cap from the fuel
valve screw. Turn the fuel valve
screw 4 clockwise to close the
fuel valve. Remove the fuel hose.
Put the rubber cap on the fuel
valve outlet to avoid fuel leak.
5. Remove the hoses 5 and 6. Dis-
connect the connector 7.
6. Remove the bolts 8. Disconnect
the couplers 9. Remove the fuel
tank.
NOTE: Place the removed fuel tank
on clean place. Be careful that dirt or
dust does not adhere fuel hose cou-
pling part. Check fuel hose couplers
for fuel leak after connecting couplers.
7. Pull off the spark plug cap.
8. Remove the spark plug with the
spark plug wrench provided in the
tool kit.
CAUTION
Dirt can damage your engine if it
enters an open spark plug hole.
Dirt can damage engine parts that
move.
Cover the spark plug hole
whenever the spark plug is
removed.
