• Check the brake fluid level from inspection window, while the handle bar is set to front, and the
scooter is parked at level ground with main stand.
• The brake fluid level must be above the “MIN” mark on the inspection window.
Recommended brake fluid: “SYMOIL” series DOT 3, DOT 4, or equivalence.
CAUTION
•
The brake fluid level cannot be correct if the scooter is parked at unleveled ground.
•
Use only DOT 3 or DOT 4 brake fluid.
•
Do not overfill the brake fluid to prevent the further damage on plastic covers.
•
Keep external substance out from brake reservoir and fluid, while refilling.
CAUTION
•
While refilling brake fluid, the enine must
be turned off.
•
During periodic maintenance, clean dust
and dirt from the brake mechanism to
reduce brake noise and increase brake
force.
