•Missingchangeofltersandmissingmaintenancedecreasethecapacityandnalconsequencewillbebreakdown.
Dangerous incident:
•Byextensivelackoflterchangeandmaintenancethemachinecanbreakdown.
Claim for reduction of danger:
•Inthemanualisthemethodandscheduleforchangeofltersandmaintenancespecied.

•Filterpanelsandlterbags
Dangerous incident:
•Tobreatheinparticlesthatisharmfultothehealth.
Claim for reduction of danger:
•Useofparticulaterespirator–maintenancefreeincludingfoamface-sealandadjustablepre-threadedheadbands(sameparticulate
respirator as recommended for cleaning of attenuators.

•Lightningstrikeclosetothemachine.
Dangerous incident:
•Lightningstrikecancreateashoverbetweenphasesandconductiveparts.Thiscancausereortheovervoltagecanmakeinjuryon
persons
Claim for reduction of danger:
•Theinstalleranduserneedtobeawareofthesurgeprotectiondevicestheunitwillrequirefromlightningandequivalent.Thetypeof
surge protection will depend on the location of the unit in the building space.
•Installerandusermusttakecareofthisaccordingtolocalstatutoryrequirements.
I.1.6.2 Risk of rotating impeller caused by stack effect (chimney effect).
Hazards/dangerous area:
•Onspecialoccasionsstackeffect–alsocalledchimneyeffect–intheductscreateairowsthatdrivestheimpellersbyturnedoff
motors.
Dangerous incident:
•Injuryofngers,handsandarms.
Claim for reduction of danger:
•Eliminatethisairowforsupplyairandexhaustairbydamperswithspringreturnmotorsforautomaticclosingofthedampersby
turned off fan motors and by power failure.
