10.3 Limited Warranty and Service for Facility Use
Contact Tactile Medical for information regarding the service
agreements available to facilities.
10.4 Equipment Lifetime
When used and maintained as instructed, the average expected
controller unit lifetime is ve (5) years.
10.5 Return Policy
Tactile Medical does not accept returns or provide refunds for any
medical equipment dispensed to patients, including garments/
sleeves, controller unit or any accessories once the original packaging
has been opened. Unopened equipment may be returned within
sixty (60) days of the date of shipment.
