Doors and Covers
Engine Hood
AwARNING
Before opening the engine hood, be sure
to stop the engine. If your hands or tools
get caught
in the fan or fan belt while the
engine
is running they may be severely
injured.
Opening
1 . Insert the ignition key and turn it
counterclockwise
to unlock the engine
hood
(1) .
2. Remove the key and pull the lever
(2)
backward.
3. Lift the engine hood (1 ).
Closing
1. Close the engine hood and press it down
until a click is heard at the front.
2. Insert the ignition key and turn it clockwise
to lock the engine hood.

Rear Door
AcAUTION
• When opening the rear door, open it
firmly to the locked position.
• When opening and closing the rear
door, be careful not to get your hands
or other parts of your body caught.
Opening
1 . Open the engine hood.
2. Lift the lever (1) and open the rear door
(2) .
3. Release the stay (3), then insert and secure
it into the stay hole
of the rear door (2) .
Closing
1. Support the rear door (2) by hand, remove
stay
(3), and secure it in the original
position.
2. Close the rear door
(2) and press it until a
click
is heard at the front.
