Advanced Function
ERDEV$
Returns the name of the device (as set by the Interrupt 24 han-
dler) when a device error occurs.
If the error occurred on
a character device, ERDEV$ returns the
8-byte character device name.
If the error does not occur on a character device, ERDEV$ re-
turns the 2-character block device name.
