      If your Taylor Freezer is dispensing product that is too soft, consider the following possible causes: * Insufficient air space around the machine. Ensure a minimum of 3” clearance on all sides and install the deflector. * Worn scraper blades. Replace the scraper blades. * Dirty air-cooled condenser. Clean monthly. * Outdated mix. Use fresh mix. * Refrigerant shortage. Locate and repair the leak. * Product viscosity set too warm. Adjust the product viscosity. * Incorrect usage of the mix feed tube (C713). Follow the correct feed tube procedures and use of the air orifice.
