3.10 CONTROL VALVE
■DISASSEMBLY
Note: 1. Before disassembly, clean the exterior of the control valve to prevent the possibility of dirt and
foreign matter entering the mechanism.
2. Replace all disassembled seals (“O”-rings, back-up rings, and wipers) with new ones.
(1) Disassembling valve assembly
① Remove the main relief valve (1) and PF relief
valve (2) from the inlet section (3).
Note: The relief valve should be replaced as an
assembly. Do not disassemble the relief
valve unless necessary.
② Remove the stud bolt nuts (1) and disassemble
each section.
Note: Match mark the sections of the control
valve so that they can be reassembled
correctly.
