5 INSTALLATION TROUBLES
In some cases the installation couldn't follow the general description done as described in this installation guide. Some
problems are described in this chapter, please have a look.
5.1 Installation menu did not appear
In case the Installation menu didn't start up automatically, ensure the installation media is inserted in your computer
and select the correct drive and directory.

Go to “My computer” on your desktop and select the software source or directory. Open the folder/drive and run
“setup.exe”. This will start the standard Gateway setup program.
5.2 Wizard did not detect the Gateway
On occasion circumstances can cause the Gateway not to be detected by the software. If this happens, the following
panel will appear on your computer:
