To adjust the input balance
Conversation sounds are usually heard only from the center
speaker, but depending on the quality of the software being used
(video tape, video disc, etc.), occasionally conversation sounds
may be heard from the front speakers, If this occurs, while listen-
ing to the selection adjust the input balance contro! to reduce the
conversation sounds as much as possible.
