13.2.2 Switching o the alarm aer being woken up
> Press the On/Standby buon on the remote control or VOL/STANDBY on
the device to switch o the alarm. Press the SELECT/ SNOOZE rotary knob to
activate the snooze function.
13.3 Equalizer
You can use the Equalizer* to adjust the sound according to your preferences.
> Hold down the MENU buon and use the < or > buons to select the
[Equalizer] item.
> Press the OK buon.
> Use < or > to select [Optimal] for audio playback that is optimally tuned to
the device, or [MyEQ...] to set the treble and bass manually. Press the OK
buon to accept the selection.
13.3.1 MyEQ
> Select Menu > Equalizer > MyEQ and press the OK buon.
> Use the < or > buons to select either [Treble], to adjust the treble, [Bass], to
adjust the bass, or [Loudness], to adjust the amplification of the sound at low
volumes. Then press the OK buon.
> You can use the < or > keys to set a value between -7 and +7, and switch the
loudness function on and o. Press the OK buon to apply the seing.
14 System seings
All seings explained in this section apply equally to all sources.
14.1 Date and time seings
14.1.1 Manually seing the date/time
Depending on the seing for time updates (Section 14.1.2), the date and time may
have to be set manually.
> Hold down the MENU buon and use the < or > buons to select the [Time]
item.
> Press the OK buon.
> Use the < or > buons to select the [Set Time / Date] item and press OK.
> The first digits (hours) of the time flash and can be changed using the < or >
buons.
The > buon increases the value, the < buon decreases the value.
> Press the OK buon to apply the seing.
