      If your Tecnoware UPS is always functioning on battery mode, first check the input mains power cable and ensure it is properly connected and that there is electrical power. If the input is ok, give the thermal fuse breaker a few minutes, and then push it to activate. The issue may also be due to black-out conditions, surge, over-voltage, or low-voltage; in this case, you should wait until the AC input line returns to normal conditions.
