When
the
leading
edges
of
the
same
pulse
are
exactly
superimposed,
the
DM44
display
should
indicate
0000.
If
it
does
not,
adjust
the
ZERO
ADJ
control
with
a
small
screwdriver
so
that
the
display
reads
0000.
The
system
is
now
compensated
for
small
time
differences
between
the
two
input
channels.
Measurements
such
as
those
described
in
the
47sA/DM44
Operators
manual
may
be
taken
directly
from
the
DM44
display
without
hav-
ing
to
perform
the
algebraic
addition
of
the
transit-time
difference.
