The
ROM
circuits
provide
the
required
fixed
data
storage
capacity
in
read
-
only
configuration
for
FG
5010
operations
.
Three
ROM
IC's
are
used
to
provide
storage
addresses
from
A000
through
FFFF
.
A
tri
-
state
buffer
is
included
to
drive
the
output
data
on
the
bus
.
The
Device
Address
cir
cuits
provide
the
facilities
for
the
user
to
manually
assign
the
address
for
the
FG
5010
and
that
address
to
be
read
out
under
microprocessor
control
over
the
FG
5010
data
bus
.
As
with
the
ROMs
,
a
tri
-
state
buffer
is
included
for
bus
drive
.
Read
-
Only
Memory
Three
masked
ROMs
(
U1540
,
U1440
,
and
U1332
)
are
used
for
fixed
data
storage
.
All
three
are
supplied
with
buff
er
address
lines
BAO
through
BA12
from
the
Address
buff
ers
on
Diagram
6.
Each
of
the
three
is
clocked
by
a
separate
enable
line
(
chip
select
)
