1. IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
20 . Plug both the mains plugs of the power adaptors into an easily accessible socket, so
that you can disconnect them quickly from the mains, in the event of an emergency.
Unplug both the mains plugs of the power adaptors from the power socket to switch
them o completely. Use the mains plug of the power adaptors as a disconnecting
device.
21 . Unplug the device each time before you clean it or if it is not going to be used for an
extended period of time.
22 . Always switch the device o before unplugging it.
23 . Attention! In the event of a malfunction as a result of electrostatic discharge and
momentary electrical surges, unplug the appliance and plug it again.
24 . Please ensure that children don‘t set the volume too high.
25 . Attention! Do not connect the power plugs of the power adaptors to the AC mains
until you have made and veried all the connections are connected properly.
26 . Make sure that no electrical wires, water, gas or other lines are located around the
installation location.
27 . Tighten screws rmly, but do not over tighten. Over tightening can damage the screws,
greatly reducing their holding power.
28 . Warning! To prevent injury, this appliance must be securely attached to the wall in
accordance with the installation instructions.
Battery safety instructions
1 . Danger of explosion! The batteries may not be charged, re-activated by other means,
disassembled, thrown into re or short-circuited.
2 . Do not expose batteries to extreme temperatures, like direct sunlight or re. Do not
place the appliance on any heat source.
3 . Leaking battery acid may cause harm.If batteries should leak, remove them with a
cloth from the battery compartment. Dispose of batteries according to the regulations.
If battery acid has leaked, avoid contact to skin, eyes and mucous membranes. Rinse
aected areas immediately after contact with the acid and wash with plural of clean
water. Visit a physician.
4 . Caution! Danger of explosion if battery are incorrectly replaced. Replace batteries
only with the same or equivalent type. Do not mix old and new batteries or batteries of
dierent types or brands.
5 . Always insert batteries correctly with regard to the polarities (+ and -) marked on the
battery and the battery compartment.
6 . Swallowed batteries are lethal. Keep batteries out of reach of children and pets.
Immediately ask for medical assistance if a battery is swallowed.
7 . Do not allow children to replace batteries without adult supervision.
8 . Exhausted batteries should be immediately removed from equipment and properly
disposed of.
9 . Remove the batteries if you will not be using the appliance for an extended period of
time.
10 . Batteries shall be stored in well ventilated, dry and cool conditions.
