The remote control may be less eectively if:
- there are obstacles between the remote control and the infrared receiver (6).
- other remote controls are operated at the same time.
- the battery is low.
3.10 Creating connection between the soundbar and subwoofer (PAIRING)
Important: Both the soundbar and the subwoofer ON/OFF switch (11, 16) should be
switched to the ON position. (see 3.6 and 3.7).
After the subwoofer is switched ON, the blue PAIR-LED (12) blinks for every 2 - 3
seconds.
Press the PAIR (13) at the back of the subwoofer for approx. 8 - 10 seconds until the
PAIR-LED indicator (12) blinks fast in BLUE.
Press the PAIR SUB (19) on the remote control for approx. 8 - 10 seconds until GREEN
indicator (4) blinks fast and lights up for few seconds on the soundbar.
As soon as the BLUE PAIR-LED indicator (12) and the GREEN indicator (4) goes out.
Then, the soundbar and the subwoofer are connected (PAIRING) successfully.
Note: Please keep the distance of the soundbar and the subwoofer within 10 metres for
connection (PAIRING).
4. BASIC FUNCTIONS
4.1 Switching the soundbar ON to standby mode.
Switch the OFF/ON switch (11) into the ON position.
Switch ON indicator (2) at the front of the soundbar will light up in orange to indicate
that it is in ON mode.
Press the STANDBY (29) key on the remote control in order to put the soundbar into
standby mode. The standby mode RED indicator (5) will light up. Please note that the
soundbar is in operation if it is connected to the outlet.
To completely switch o the appliance, disconnect both power adaptors (31) from the
electrical outlets. Do this if you will not use the appliance for a longer period of time.
This appliance will automatically switch to standby mode in about 13 to 16 minutes
after the source device has nished operation or has been disconnected.
4.2 Setting the volume of the soundbar
Set the soundbar volume with Master VOL + (22)/ Master VOL -(26) keys on the remote
control. Press repeatedly/Press and hold for fast adjustment.
Press MUTE (18) on the remote control to mute the sound.
Press MUTE (18) again to resume the sound. Alternatively, press Master VOL + (22)/
Master VOL - (26) keys on the remote control to resume the sound.
4.3 Setting the volume of the subwoofer
Press SUB+ (23)/ SUB- (25) on the remote control to adjust the volume of the
subwoofer.
5. OPERATION
5.1 Selecting the source device
You can connect several external devices simultaneously to the soundbar and select the
required device every time using the source selection function.
Press repeatedly INPUT (21) on the remote control to select the desired audio source.
The selected audio source is displayed with dierent indicators on the soundbar.
