3. SIM card
3.1 We own any SIM provided to you. You must
keep it secure. You must notify us (in writing if
registered in the name of a company) immediately
if the SIM card is lost, or stolen. You are
responsible for all costs and losses resulting from
any use of the SIM card and which arises prior to
the time that we receive your notification.
3.2 Title in the Telstra Pre-Paid Mobile Broadband
USB device will pass to you when you register the
SIM card for that USB device. However, risk in the
USB device passes to you when you accept
delivery of it.
4. Changing our customer terms
We can change most of the terms (including price)
on which we supply services to you. Generally,
