How to troubleshoot a Temspec VUD 1200 Fan that is not running?

If the Temspec Fan is not running, begin by verifying power to the motor. Then, make sure all wiring connections are correct and secure. Check that the controller sends the correct signal and that the fan relay is energizing properly. If applicable, check if the speed board is working. Finally, to ensure the motor hasn't failed, swap it with a working unit.
