9.2 IPTV
9.2.1 Overview
If the IPTV service is included in the broadband service you purchased, you can enable the IPTV
function to enjoy both internet access and IPTV programs through the router at the same time.
To access the configuration page, log in to the web UI of the router, and choose Advanced > IPTV.
This function is disabled by default. When it is enabled, the page is shown as below.
Parameter description
It is used to enable or disable the IPTV function of the router.
When this function is enabled, the port 3/IPTV can be used only as an IPTV port to be
connected to an IPTV set-top-box.
It specifies the VLAN ID of your IPTV service.

If you do not have any information about VLAN provided by your ISP, please keep Default.

If you are using the IPTV service in Shanghai, choose Shanghai VLAN and choose the
proper VLAN ID.

If you have VLAN ID from your ISP, please choose Manual VLAN and enter the VLAN
value.
9.2.2 Watch IPTV programs through the router
Scenario: The IPTV service is included in your broadband service. You have obtained the IPTV
account and password from your ISP, but no VLAN information.
Goal: Be able to watch IPTV programs through the router.
Solution: You can configure the IPTV function to reach the goal.
