WARNING: Failure to follow these warnings may result in personal injury, electrocution, electrical shock, fire
or explosion: Do not use flammable liquids or operate machine in or near flammable liquids, vapors or
combustible dusts. Do not pick up flammable materials or reactive metals. Keep sparks and open flame away.
Keep battery hood open when charging. Disconnect battery cables before servicing machine.
DAILY: BEFORE EACH USE
1. Disc Model –
Sweep and dust mop
floor before scrubbing.
6. Cylindrical Brush
Model – Check that the
debris trough is
installed and empty.
2. Check battery
meter charge level.
7. FaSTt Model –
Check the FaSTt PAK
agent level. Replace
PAK as needed.
3. Disc Model –
Check condition of
scrubbing pads.
Replace if worn.
8. FaSTt Model –
Check that the supply
hose is properly con-
nected to FaSTt PAK.
4. Clean squeegee
and check condition of
wiping edge. Rotate
blade if worn.
9. Disc Model –
Check scrub head skirt
for damage and proper
adjustment.
5. Make sure recovery
tank is empty and the
float screen is installed
and clean.
10. For Conventional
Scrubbing Only * Fill
solution tank with water
(140 max.) and add
approved cleaning agents.
* FaSTt Model – USE CLEAR COOL WATER ONLY. DO NOT add cleaning agents into the solution tank or damage may result.
DAILY: AFTER EACH USE
1. Drain and rinse out
recovery tank.
6. Cylindrical Brush
Model – Empty and
rinse out debris trough.
2. Remove and rinse
off float screen filter.
7. Clean machine with
an all purpose cleaner
and damp cloth.
3. Drain and rinse out
solution tank.
8. FaSTt Model –
Connect FaSTt PAK
supply hose to storing
plug when not in use.
4. Remove pads/
brushes and clean.
9. Recharge batteries
ONLY if machine is used
30 minutes or more.
5. Wipe clean the
squeegee blades.
10. Check battery fluid
level before charging.
Fluid level should cover
battery plates by 1/4”.
MONTHLY: Refer to Operator’s Manual for further details.
1. Remove and clean
the solution tank filter
(clear bowl). Empty
tank before removing.
2. Lubricate caster
fittings with a water
resistant grease.
3. Clean battery tops
and terminals. Use a
strong mixture of
baking soda and water.
4. Flush the solution
system with an acetic
acid solution.
5. FaSTt Model –
Remove and clean the
air pump filter every
250 hours.
