What to do if YELLOW and RED diode light but TERMA Heater is still cool?
    • T
      Tina Harris DVMSep 23, 2025
If the yellow and red diodes are lit, but your TERMA Heater remains cool, it indicates that the thermal fuse or electronics are damaged. Contact the Distributor.

Why is the LED diode pulsing WHITE on my TERMA ONE?
    • T
      Timothy MartinezAug 23, 2025
If the LED diode is pulsing WHITE, this indicates a malfunction alert. This may happen once or twice after switching on, which is normal. However, if it lasts longer, check the heating agent level in your TERMA Heater.

How to fix a TERMA Heater when the LED diode is pulsing WHITE & RED or WHITE & YELLOW?
    • H
      Heather ReillyAug 26, 2025
If the LED diode on your TERMA Heater is pulsing WHITE and RED or WHITE and YELLOW, it indicates that the radiator is not warming up quickly enough. First, check that the heating element's output is adequate for the radiator size. If you have a dual fuel model, ensure the heated agent is flowing correctly and not returning to the central heating system; if so, close one of the valves (flow or return). For a side connection, close the upper valve. If the problem continues, contact Your dealer.

What to do if TERMA Heater is overheating and the LED diode is pulsing WHITE?
    • M
Mrs. Michelle Flores MDAug 27, 2025
If the LED diode is pulsing WHITE on your TERMA Heater and indicating a malfunction alert due to overheating, check and reduce the water temperature in the central heating system to ensure it doesn't exceed 82 degrees. Also, confirm that the heating element's output does not exceed the recommended output of your radiator. Turn the heating element off with the ON/ OFF button and wait for 20 min. If the radiator is still hot, disconnect it from its electrical supply and contact the Distributor.

Why is my TERMA ONE cool even though the BLUE diode is lit?
    • M
      Mr. Nicholas BaileyAug 27, 2025
If the blue diode on your TERMA Heater is lit but the radiator remains cool, it could be that the room temperature is equal to or higher than the temperature set in the external programmer. In this case, everything is working correctly. To make the heating element heat, turn on the ON mode in the external programmer or the Dryer mode in the element. Note: Turning the controller 'OFF' will not terminate the connection between the heating element and the controller; the only way to do this is to remove the batteries from the controller or move it to another room.

      Michael SimpsonSep 17, 2025
If the blue diode on your TERMA Heater is lit but the radiator remains cool, it likely means the room temperature is equal to or higher than the temperature set in the external programmer. The heater is working as intended. To make the heating element heat, turn on the 'ON' mode in the external programmer or the Dryer mode in the element. Note that turning the controller 'OFF' will not terminate the connection between the heating element and the controller; to do this, remove the batteries from the controller or move it to another room.

The LED diode isn't lit, and the heating element isn't heating in your TERMA Electric Heater may indicate damaged electronics. In such case, contact your local distributor.

Why is the blue diode pulsing on my TERMA Heater?
    • S
      sandrasandovalSep 15, 2025
The blue diode on your TERMA Heater is pulsing because the heating element is no longer communicating with the IR controller. Ensure that the controller is within the line of sight of the heating element and is not blocked by any object, or has not been placed in another room. Also, check the batteries in the controller. If the problem persists, contact the Distributor.

If the BLUE diode lights up on your TERMA Heating System but the radiator remains cool, it could be because the room temperature is equal to or higher than the temperature set in the external programmer. In this case, everything is working correctly. To make the heating element heat, turn on the ON mode in the external programmer or the Dryer mode in the element. Note that turning the controller 'OFF' will not terminate the connection between the heating element and the controller; to do this, remove the batteries from the controller or move it to another room.
