What does it mean if YELLOW and RED diode light up but radiator still cool on my TERMA Heating System?
    • A
      Alexander SteeleSep 7, 2025
If the YELLOW and RED diodes light up on your TERMA Heating System, but the radiator remains cool, it indicates that the thermal fuse or electronics may be damaged. Contact the distributor for assistance.

What to do if the BLUE diode is pulsing on my TERMA ONE Heater?
    • K
      Kathryn RodriguezAug 22, 2025
If the blue diode on your TERMA Heater is pulsing, it means the heating element isn't communicating with the IR controller. First, make sure the controller is within sight of the heating element and not blocked by anything, or in another room. If there is an obstruction, clear it or move the controller closer. Also, check the controller batteries. If the problem persists, contact the Distributor.

How to troubleshoot a TERMA Heating System when the BLUE diode does not light up?
    • E
      Erica FigueroaSep 5, 2025
If the BLUE diode on your TERMA Heating System does not light up, indicating a lack of IR communication, and you suspect a problem with the external programmer, check the batteries. Place the programmer close to the heating element and change the temperature setting. If the devices communicate correctly, the LED diode will light blue and blink after each correctly received order.

Why is the BLUE diode lit but the radiator still cool on my TERMA Heating System?
    • H
      hendersonmarySep 3, 2025
If the BLUE diode lights up on your TERMA Heating System but the radiator remains cool, it could be because the room temperature is equal to or higher than the temperature set in the external programmer. In this case, everything is working correctly. To make the heating element heat, turn on the ON mode in the external programmer or the Dryer mode in the element. Note that turning the controller 'OFF' will not terminate the connection between the heating element and the controller; to do this, remove the batteries from the controller or move it to another room.

Why is the LED diode pulsing WHITE & RED or WHITE & YELLOW on my TERMA Heating System?
    • A
      Anna VillaSep 2, 2025
If the LED diode on your TERMA Heating System is pulsing WHITE & RED or WHITE & YELLOW, it indicates that the radiator is not warming up quickly enough. First, check that the heating element's output is adequate for the radiator size. If you have a dual fuel system, ensure the heated water is not flowing back into the central heating system; if so, close one of the valves (flow or return), closing the upper valve in case of a 'side connection'. If the problem continues, contact your dealer.

What to do if TERMA Heating System LED diode is pulsing WHITE due to overheating?
    • K
      Kenneth SmithAug 31, 2025
If the LED diode on your TERMA Heating System is pulsing WHITE, it indicates a malfunction alert due to overheating. Check that the water temperature in the central heating system does not exceed 82 degrees. Also, confirm that the heating element's output does not exceed the radiator's recommended output. Turn off the heating element using the ON/OFF button and wait for 20 minutes. If the radiator remains hot, disconnect it from the electrical supply and contact the distributor.

    • C
      carpenterdawnAug 30, 2025
If the BLUE diode on your TERMA Heating System is pulsing, it means the heating element has lost communication with the IR controller. First, ensure the controller is within sight of the heating element and not blocked by any objects, or moved to another room. Clear any obstructions or reposition the controller. Next, check the controller batteries. If the issue persists after these steps, contact the distributor.

Mrs. Michelle Flores MDAug 27, 2025
If the LED diode is pulsing WHITE on your TERMA Heater and indicating a malfunction alert due to overheating, check and reduce the water temperature in the central heating system to ensure it doesn't exceed 82 degrees. Also, confirm that the heating element's output does not exceed the recommended output of your radiator. Turn the heating element off with the ON/ OFF button and wait for 20 min. If the radiator is still hot, disconnect it from its electrical supply and contact the Distributor.
