14. Attach spring to pump arm and then to bolt L.
Repeat for other side.
15. Connect speed control rod M to the speed control
levers N and secure with hairpin. Repeat for
other side.
16. Set the speed control levers to neutral and adjust
the swivel on the lower end of the speed control
rod M so they engage the very top of the slot on
the neutral plates P and secure with flatwasher
and hairpin as shown. Repeat for other side.
