side

KLN

GPS
unit
begins
flashing
to
alert the
pilot
that
a
message
is
waiting.
Press
the
Message
(MSG)
key
on
the
GPS
to
display
the
message.
If
a
message
condition
exists which
requires
a
specific
action
by
the
pilot,
the
message
annunciator
will
remain
on
but
will
not
flash.

ANNUNCIATOR

WAYPOINT
annunciator
will
begin
to
flash
approximately
36
seconds
prior
to
reaching
a
Direct-To
waypoint.
Also,
when
turn
anticipation
is enabled

the
KLN

GPS
unit,
the
annunciator
will
begin
to
flash
20
seconds
prior
to
the
beginning
of
turn
anticipation,
then illuminate
steady
at
the
very
beginning
of
turn
anticipation.
