6.6 SEAT CONTROLS _________________________________________________________
The seat has four controls to adjust for the operator.
The seat height control adjusts the height of the seat. To lift the seat,
lift the seat height lever. To lower the seat, push the seat height lever
down. Release the lever to set the adjustment.
Lift the seat position lever and move the seat backward or forward.
Release the lever to set the adjustment. Make sure the seat is
locked in position before you operate the mower.
Lift the backrest lever to adjust the angle of the backrest. Release the lever to set the adjustment. Make sure the seat
is locked in position before you operate the mower.
Rotate the armrest knob to adjust the angle of the armrest.
6.7 WING DECK WEIGHT TRANSFER ____________________________________________
The wing deck weight adjustment knob is found on the wing deck lift
valve below the fuel tank.
Turn the knob to the right side to increase the weight transfer from
the wing decks to the mower. Turn the knob to the left side to
decrease the weight transfer from the wing decks to the mower.
WARNING
To prevent injuries, DO NOT adjust the seat while you operate
the mower. Only adjust the seat with the mower stopped and
parking brake engaged.
NOTICE
Weight transfer from the wing decks to mower improves traction,
but can cause the cutting units to lift off the ground which can
change the quality of cut.
