Piercing WARNING
SPARKS AND HOT METAL CAN
BURN THE SKIN AND EYES
When angling the torch for cutting or piercing, molten metal (Arc Spray)
will occur in the direction that the torch is aimed� Aim the torch away from
yourself and others�
Hold the torch so that the nozzle is within 3 mm of the work piece before firing�
Hold the torch at an angle to the work piece,
depress the torch trigger and slowly rotate the torch
to a vertical position�
Arc spray exits the underside of the work piece when
the cut has achieved full thickness�
After the pierce, proceed with cutting�
