4.9 Hot water mode
HOT WATER switched on will enable hot water production. If you should want a prioritization on the amount of hot water and a faster
hot water production you should change mode to either ECO or COMFORT. By activating TOP-UP the heat pump can immediately start
to heat the water heater using the compressor and electrical auxiliary heater until the tank is fully heated. The TOP-UP function has to
be reactivated each time it is needed.

"COMFORT" is the choice for customers with large demands of hot water availability.
"ECO" can be selected as the best compromise between energy efficiency and hot water availability.
"AWAY" is a setting that charges the hot water tank just enough to keeping it maintaining safety functions, like defrost etc. Typical-
ly a setting when you're away on vacation.
Remember to inform the end customer that the settings can be changed in the settings menu

Activate cooling
The cooling function is primarily temperature controlled and starts when the condenser-in sensor reaches the set value for START. De-
fault setting is OFF .
The heating system is cooled by reversing the heating process and distributing cold water on to the heating system.
The following settings are made in the Service Menu. If not already in the Service Menu, enter the Service Menu by pressing and holding
for at least 5 seconds. Use or buttons to move up and down in the menu.

to activate. An asterisk (*) appears.
Active cooling is configured by the parameters shown below:
Parameter
Meaning
START PID
Factory setting: (50), range: 5-100
STOP PID
Factory setting: (-30), range: 0- -100
COOLING TIME When the heat pump must alternate between different demands for example heating, hot water, pool heating
and cooling, cooling will be produced according to the set number of minutes.
Factory setting: 20M, range: 5M – 40M
ROOM SENSOR Activation of room sensor function for influencing cooling production.
NOTE: Room sensor must be installed and activated.
