SECTION 5
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
Preventive Maintenance is crucial to the production of quality coffee products and the sustained use and reliability of the machine.
The recommended actions and parts replacements below will ensure the quality of product and the reliability of the machine. These actions are based on a
reoccurring preventive maintenance schedule as a function of brew cycle counts. The machine will automatically display a ”PM Required” prompt to the operator
when the ”Service interval” setting is reached. This will prompt the operator to contact a service/repair technician and have the preventive maintenance actions
below performed.
It is recommended that the preventive maintenance service is done every 30‘000 brew cycles.
There are 3 levels of preventive maintenance service interventions:
- 30‘000 cycles
- 60‘000 cycles
- 120‘000 cycles (Mill wheel pair)
Since the preventative maintenance levels are based on the coffee unit by brew cycle counts, the time between maintenance calls will depend on the daily volume
of drinks produced on an individual machine.
