Wirelessoff
Whenyouarenotusingthewirelessfeatures,suchasBluetoothorwirelessLAN,turnthemoff.Thiswill
helpconservepower.Toturnoffthewirelessfeatures,pressthewireless-switchingkey.
Handlingthebattery
ThissystemsupportsonlybatteriesspeciallydesignedforthisspecificsystemandmanufacturedbyLenovo
oranauthorizedbuilder.Thesystemdoesnotsupportunauthorizedbatteriesorbatteriesdesignedforother
systems.Ifanunauthorizedbatteryorabatterydesignedforanothersystemisinstalled,thesystemwill
notcharge.
Attention:Lenovohasnoresponsibilityfortheperformanceorsafetyofunauthorizedbatteries,and
providesnowarrantiesforfailuresordamagearisingoutoftheiruse.
Note:Ifanunauthorizedbatteryisinstalled,thefollowingmessagewillbedisplayed:“Thebatteryinstalled
isnotsupportedbythissystemandwillnotcharge.PleasereplacethebatterywiththecorrectLenovo
batteryforthissystem.”

Attemptingtodosocancauseanexplosion,orliquidleakagefromthebattery.
AbatteryotherthantheonespecifiedbyLenovo,oradisassembledormodifiedbatteryisnot
coveredbythewarranty.

Iftherechargeablebatteryisincorrectlyreplaced,thereisdangerofanexplosion.Thebattery
containsasmallamountofharmfulsubstances.Toavoidpossibleinjury:
•Replaceonlywithacoin-cellbatteryofthetyperecommendedbyLenovo.
•Keepthebatteryawayfromfire.
•Donotexposeittoexcessiveheat.
•Donotexposeittowaterorrain.
•Donotshort-circuitit.
•Storeitinacooldryplace.
•Keepitawayfromchildren.
Thebatteryisaconsumablesupply.Ifyourbatterybeginstodischargetooquickly,replacethebattery
withanewoneofthetyperecommendedbyLenovo.Formoreinformationaboutreplacingthebattery,
contactyourCustomerSupportCenter.
