Ergonomicinformation
Workinginthevirtualofficemightmeanadaptingtofrequentchangesinyourenvironment.Forexample,
adaptingtothesurroundinglightingsources,properseating,andtheplacementofyourcomputerhardware,
canhelpyouimproveyourperformanceandachievegreatercomfort.
Thefollowingexampleshowssomeoneinaconventionalsetting.Evenwhennotinsuchasetting,youcan
followmanyofthesetips.Developgoodhabits,andtheywillserveyouwell.
Generalposture:Makeminormodificationsinyourworkingposturetodetertheonsetofdiscomfort
causedbylongperiodsofworkinginthesameposition.Frequent,shortbreaksfromyourworkalsohelp
