thatLenovoinstallsanOptional-serviceCRUaccordingtothewarrantyserviceforyourproduct.Whereyouare
installingtheCRU,LenovowillshiptheCRUtoyou.CRUinformationandreplacementinstructionsareshipped
withyourproductandareavailablefromLenovoatanytimeuponrequest.YoumayndalistofCRUsinthe
publicationsthatshipwithyourproductorathttp://www.lenovo.com/CRUs.Youmayberequiredtoreturnthe
defectivepartthatisreplacedbytheCRU.Whenreturnisrequired:(1)returninstructions,aprepaidshippinglabel,

dependingonproductdesignmayincludethememorymodule,wirelesscard,keyboard,andpalmrestwith
ngerprintreaderandtouchpad.
–Optional-serviceCRUs:TheseCRUsareisolatedpartswithinthecomputerthatareconcealedbyanaccess
panelthatistypicallysecuredbymorethantwoscrews.Oncetheaccesspanelisremoved,thespecic
CRUisvisible.
