• The warranty will be void if the device is

when contacting us, so that one of our
technicians can diagnose the source of the
problem,as it will probablybetheresultofa
settingthatisincorrectoraninstallationthatis
nottospecication.Iftheproblemiscausedby
theproductitself,thetechnician will give you
an RMA number so that you can return the
unittotheshop.Withoutthis
RMAnumber,the
shopmayrefusetoexchangeyourproduct.
