TXP5004
o Open the Device Manager from Control panel, go to the entry Ports (COM & LPT) and
expand it.
o Right-click to the entries that are related to TXP and/or marked with a ?. Select the
Uninstall option and check the box "Delete the driver software for this device". Repeat
this for all 4 ports.
o Disconnect the TXP5004 from the USB port, reconnect it and make sure that the
drivers are being installed now properly.
