Limitation
of Implied
Warranties
Any implied warranties, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fi tness for a particular
purpose, shall be limited in duration to a period of one year (90 days if product is purchased for rental use) from the
date of sale.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitation on how
long an implied warranty lasts.
