* Lubrication *
1) Hub Oil - Check Daily - Change every 100,000 miles (every year minimum)
2) Trap operator U-Joints
3) Landing gear legs
4) Auto slacks
5) Cam Bushings (4 times during the life of brake linings - 25,000 miles)
* Hydraulic System Filter *
1) Changing filter element (after first 40 hours)
2) Check for leaks on hose connections
3) Check for wear on the hydraulic hoses
* Tractor PTO “Wet Kit” *
1) Clean, filtered hydraulic oil with an ISO 32 rating. (for cold climate use ISO 22 or ISO 15)
2) Check oil and hydraulic fluid cleanliness (see manufacturer’s recommendations for
maintanence.)
* Conveyors *
1) Grease bearings on lower and upper conveyors at both ends of each.
2) Check belting for wear.
