5-3. Checking the pressure gauge
When the pressure gauge is abnormal, stop
operation.

Contravention is extremely dangerous because
abnormality of the inside of the chamber cannot be
checked. Contact the dealer or business institution
of our company.
Open the chamber lid.
Conrm that the pointer of the pressure gauge displays
“0 MPa”.
