Procedure
1.Mountthewheelhubtotherearwheelrimwith4
mountingnuts(Figure3).Torquethenutsto70–90
ft.-lb.
2.Removethewheelboltandlocknutfromthewheel
mountingholesintherearcastorfork(Figure3).
3.Installtherearwheelintothecastorfork.Insertthe
wheelboltintooneofthecastorforkmountingholes,
installaspacer(suppliedinlooseparts),andslidethe
boltthroughthewheel.
4.Installanotherspacerontotheboltandroutethebolt
throughtheremainingcastorforkmountinghole.
5.Positionthebendofthewheelboltheadunderthe
bottomedgeoftheadapterplate(Figure3).Installand
tightenthelocknuttosecurethewheeltothecastor
fork.Donotovertightenthelocknutasthewheelmust
rotatefreely.

Pumpgreaseintothewheelhubuntilgreaseisseen

Note:Mounttheseatslidesinthefrontsetofmounting
holestogainanadditional3in.(7.6cm)intheforward
adjustment,orintherearmountingholesforanadditional3
in.(7.6cm)intherearwardadjustment.
1.Removethelocknutssecuringtheseatslidestothe
plywoodshippingbase.Discardthelocknuts.
2.Connectthewireharnesstotheseatswitch.
3.Securetheseat,seatpanel,andseatslidestotheseat
supportwiththelocknuts(5/16in.)(Figure4)supplied
inthelooseparts.
