1.Positionthemachineonaclean,levelsurface,lower
thecuttingunits,stoptheengine,engagetheparking
brake,andremovetheignitionkey.
2.Removethereelmotorsfromthecuttingunitsand
disconnectandremovethecuttingunitsfromthe
liftarms.
3.Connectthebacklappingmachinetothecuttingunit
byinsertingapieceof3/8in.squarestockintothe
splinedcouplingattherightendofthecuttingunit.

Note:Forabettercuttingedge,runaleacross
thefrontfaceofthebedknifewhenthelapping
