SettingtheHeight-of-Cut
Usetheheight-of-cutlevertoraiseandlowerthemowerto
thedesiredcuttingheight.Youcansettheheight-of-cutto
1of6positionsfromapproximately38to102mm(1-1/2
to4inches).
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface.
2.Disengagethebladecontrol(PTO).
3.Stoptheengine,removethekey,andwaitforallmoving
partstostopbeforeleavingtheoperatingposition.
4.Pullontheheight-of-cutleveronthemachineand
moveittothedesiredposition(
Figure9).

StartingtheEngine
1.Sitdownontheseat.
2.Pushthebladecontrol(PTO)tooff(Figure8).
3.ShiftthethrottlelevertoChoke(Figure10).
