1.Ensurethattheboltattachedtothemotion-control
leveralignswiththeproximity-switchtarget(Figure57).
2.Ifneeded,loosentheboltsandadjusttheproximity
switchuntilthetargetalignswiththeboltattachedto
themotion-controllever(Figure57).
3.Checkthedistanceofthebolttotheproximityswitch;
itneedstobebetween0.51to1.02mm(0.02to0.04
inches)asshowninFigure57.
4.Ifadjustmentisneeded,loosenthejamnutandadjust
thebolttothecorrectdistance.
5.Tightenthejamnutafteradjustingthebolt(Figure57).
6.Testthesafety-interlocksystembeforeoperation.
