3.Addunleadedregulargasolinetothefueltank
untilthelevelis1/4to1/2inch(6to13mm)
belowthebottomofthellerneck.Donotllthe
fueltankcompletelyfull.
Important:Donotllthefueltank
completelyfull.Thisspaceinthetankallows
fueltoexpand.
4.Installthefueltankcapsecurely.
5.Wipeupanyfuelthatmayhavespilled.
Important:Donotstarttheengineifthere
arefuelspills,opencontainersoffuel,or
otherammableliquidsorgasesinthe
immediatevicinityofthemachine.
CheckingtheEngineOil
Level
Beforeyoustarttheengineandusethemachine,
checktheoillevelintheenginecrankcase;referto
CheckingtheEngineOilLevel(page24).
UsingtheParkingBrake
Alwayssettheparkingbrakewheneveryoustopthe
machineorleaveitunattended.
SettingtheParkingBrake
1.Pushthebrakepedal(Figure4)downandhold
it.
2.Movetheparkingbrakelevertotheright(Figure
5).
3.Graduallytakeyourfootoffthebrakepedal.
