AdjustingtheHeight-of-CutPin
Theheight-of-cutisadjustedfrom25to140mm(1to
5-1/2inches)in6mm(1/4inch)incrementsbyrelocating
theclevispinintodifferentholelocations.
1.Movethetransportlocktothelockposition.
2.Pushonthedeckliftpedalwithyourfootandraisethe
mowerdecktothetransportposition(alsothe140mm
(5-1/2inch)cuttingheightposition)(Figure26).
3.Toadjust,rotatethepin90degreesandremovethepin
fromtheheight-of-cutbracket(Figure26).
4.Selectaholeintheheight-of-cutbracketcorresponding
totheheight-of-cutdesiredand,insertthepin(Figure
26).
5.Pushonthedecklift,pullbackonthetransportlock,
andslowlylowerthemowerdeck.

Wheneveryouchangetheheight-of-cut,itisrecommended
toadjusttheheightoftheanti-scalprollers.
1.Disengagetheblade-controlswitch(PTO),movethe
motion-controlleverstotheneutral-lockedposition
andsettheparkingbrake.
2.Stoptheengine,removethekey,andwaitforallmoving
partstostopbeforeleavingtheoperatingposition.
3.Adjusttheanti-scalprollersasshowninFigure27and
Figure28tomatchtheclosestheight-of-cutposition.

AdjustingtheSkid(s)
Mounttheskidsinthelowerpositionwhenoperatingin
heightofcutshigherthan64mm(2-1/2inches)andinthe
higherpositionwhenoperatinginheightofcutslowerthan
64mm(2-1/2inches).
Note:Whentheskidsbecomeworn,switchtheskidtothe
oppositesidesofthemower,ippingthemover.Thiswill
allowyoutousetheskidslongerbeforereplacingthem.
