1.Disengagetheblade-controlswitch(PTO),movethe
motion-controlleverstotheneutral-lockedposition
andsettheparkingbrake.
2.Stoptheengine,removethekey,andwaitforallmoving
partstostopbeforeleavingtheoperatingposition.
3.Firstdisconnectthenegativebatterycable(black)from
thenegative(-)(black)batteryterminal(Figure56).
4.Slidetheredterminalbootoffthepositive(red)battery
terminalandremovethepositive(+)(red)batterycable
(Figure56).
5.Removethewingnutsecuringthebatteryclamp
(Figure56).
6.Removetheclamp(Figure56).
