bytheindicatorrings,youmaynoticethatthecenter
cuttingunitproducesahighercutnishcomparedto
thatoftheleftandrightcuttingunits.Themachine
pullsthecentercuttingunitwhereastheleftandright
cuttingunitsarepushed;thisaffectsthecuttingunit
anglerelativetotheground.TheamountofHOC
variationthatresultsfromthiseffectisalsoinuenced
bytheterrain,butyoucanachievesatisfactoryresults
bysettingthecentercuttingunitHOCindicatorring
lowerthantheleftandrightcuttingunitsettings.
ControllingthePositionof
theIndividualCuttingUnits
Usethe3lift-controlswitchestoraiseorlowerthe
cuttingunitsindependently.
LoweringtheCuttingUnit
1.Pressthecutting-unit-driveswitchtothe
FORWARDROTATIONposition.
2.Pressthelift-controlswitchforwardandrelease.
Note:Thecuttingunitengageswhenitis
approximately150mm(6inches)aboveground
level.Thecuttingunitisin‘oat’mode,and
followsthegroundcontours.
Note:Thelift-controlswitchautomatically
returnstothe(NEUTRAL)positionwhenyou
releaseit.
