      If the Area on your Toro Paint Sprayer is inaccurate, check and set the appropriate Width in the calibration mode, because the sprayer width might not be correctly entered. Also, calibrate the speed sensor if it is not calibrated correctly. If problems continue, contact your Authorized Service Dealer because the speed sensor might be damaged.

      If a boom section of your Toro Paint Sprayer does not spray, you can try the following: * Turn the valve off manually, disconnect the electrical connector on the valve, clean all leads, and then reconnect it, in case the electrical connection on the boom valve is dirty or disconnected. * Check the fuses and replace them as necessary if they are blown. * Repair or replace the hose if it is pinched. * Adjust the boom by-pass valves if a boom by-pass valve is improperly adjusted. * Contact your Authorized Service Dealer if you have a damaged boom valve or damaged electrical system.

Also, dirt, water, or stale fuel could be in the fuel system, requiring you to drain and flush the fuel system and add fresh fuel. Check for a clogged fuel line and clean or replace it if necessary. Ensure the spark plug lead is connected, and replace the spark plug if it's damaged or dirty.
