1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,engage
theparkingbrake(ifapplicable),andlowerthe
boom.
2.Shutofftheengineandremovethekey.
3.Allowthemachinetocoolcompletely.
4.Removethecoverplate;refertoRemovingthe
CoverPlate(page23).
5.Removethehydraulic-tankllercapandlter
(Figure60).
6.Placeadrainpancapableofholding37.8L(10
USGallons)underthehydraulictank.
7.Pinchthehoseclampandslidetheclampand
hoseoffthettingonthehydraulictank,allowing
thehydraulicuidtodrainfromthehoseand
tankintothepan.
