Hardware and system checklist
Password
If you forgot your password, contact your dealer.
Problem Procedure

Hotkeys
Refer to Chapter 5, The Keyboard for information on using hotkeys. Make sure the
operation is correct and try a few hotkey combinations.
Problem Procedure
Hotkeys do not work While Windows is starting, only Fn + F5 works.
Other hotkeys do not work.
If you are still unable to use the hotkeys, consult
your dealer.
Keyboard
Keyboard problems can be caused by your setup configuration. For more informa-
tion refer to Chapter 5, The Keyboard.
Problem Procedure
