Administrator Mode
To access Administrator Mode, your station must be enabled for administrative
access.
If Mode soft key is not available when telephone is idle, the telephone set does not
have Administrative access.
³ To enter Administrator Mode
1. Press
Mode soft key.
2. Press
ADMN soft key. The “Password” prompt appears.
Enter the password (0000 – default).
3. Press
Hold.
Follow the steps below to perform the following Administrator functions in
Administrator Mode.
Phone Name
1. Enter Administrator Mode
2. Press
Hold.
3. Enter the DN ID number. This is the extension number (PDN) of the telephone.
4. Enter the Phone Name that corresponds with that DN ID.
5. Press
Hold to register the name and move on to the next Phone name entry.
6. Press
RTRN softkey.
7. Repeat steps 1~4 to program additional names.
